Terms & Policies
At Lux Private Transportation, your safety, comfort, and satisfaction are our top priorities. To uphold the high standards of service our clients expect, all passengers are required to follow the guidelines outlined below:
Credit Card Authorization
A valid credit card is required on file before any service is provided. A temporary hold may be placed to cover potential incidental charges, including overtime, cleaning, or damages.
Cleaning Fees
To maintain the cleanliness and quality of our fleet, any spills, stains, excessive trash, or damage to the vehicle will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee, based on the severity of the incident.
Prohibited Substances
The possession, use, or consumption of illegal substances—including marijuana, regardless of legal status—is strictly prohibited in all Lux vehicles. Violations will lead to immediate termination of service without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, and marijuana, is not allowed in our vehicles. Violations are subject to service cancellation and applicable cleaning fees.
Alcohol Policy
Our drivers are not permitted to purchase alcohol on behalf of passengers. Guests may bring their own beverages if permitted by law, and consumption must comply with local regulations.
Overtime Policy
If a trip extends beyond the original reservation time, it is at the driver’s discretion whether they can accommodate additional time based on availability. Overtime rates will apply accordingly.
Passenger Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate, aggressive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
